Ingredients :
- Milk
- Sugar
- Rice
- Cashew Nuts
- Ghee
- Pour the milk onto a deep vessel and start stirring it.
- Meanwhile, pour some amount of ghee onto a pan and fry out the cashews.
- Fry the cashews till it changes to golden brown.
- Once the color changes, grind the cashew and make it a fine paste.
- Similarly, fry the rice with ghee, grind it into a coarse paste.
- Now, pour the coarse rice paste into the deep vessel containing milk and keep on stirring well. Let the rice get cooked with the milk.
- Now add the cashew nut paste with it and continue stirring.
- Add needed quantity of sugar and keep stirring.
- Continuously stir the content till it becomes a little thick.
- Once the consistency has come, we can serve it along with raisins.
