Ingredients :
- Iddiyappam - 10
- Almond - 10
- Cashew - 10
- Cardamom powder - 1/2 teaspoon (tsp.)
- Shredded coconut - 1/2 cup
- Sugar - 6 teaspoon (tsp) or as needed
Methods:
- Roast almond, cashew, coconut each separately.
- Grind almond, cashew, coconut, sugar, cardamom powder into a fine powder.
- Apply the ground powder to iddiyappam and serve
