INGREDIENTS:
- Dosai batter-1 cup
- Egg -1
- Salt
- Pepper -1 pinch
- Oil
METHOD:
- Heat a dosai tawa,pour dosai batter on it
- Click idli, dosa batter to view.
- Spread it now,then broken the eggs on the dosai
- Add salt,pepper on it and some oil
- Now turn the dosa,let the egg should cooked well , for this you have to make some lines on it
- Now its ready ,and serve it
- its match to the coconut chutney
