Ingredient :
- Carrot 1/4 kg
- Potato 3 nos
- Mustard seeds 1/4 tsp
- Split Urad dal 1/4 tsp
- Chilly powder 1/2 tsp
- Salt to taste
- Oil 1 tsp
- Cut the vegetables into small pieces
- In a pan, pour the oil and heat it
- Add mustard seeds and allow it to splutter
- Then add urad dal, fry till it gets golden colour
- Now add the cut vegetables
- Add salt and chilly powder
- Keep the stove in a low flame and fry till the vegetables are fully cooked
