Ingredients:
- Raw rice - 1 cup
- Urad dhal - 1/4 cup
Method:
- Soak the rice and urad dhal for at least 1 hour
- Grind it nicely with addition of needed salt to taste. Consistency of the batter should be little watery than dosa batter
- Heat the hard bottom pan in medium heat on stove and pour oil to fry the paniyaram
- Once the oil is heated, in kuzhi karandi take the batter and pour into the oil
- In a minute turn the paniyaram
- Take the paniyaram out in another minute
- Once it is cool, check the paniyaram whether it is cooked well inside or not. If not cook the next paniyaram for little bit longer time.
