Crab Cutlet Recipes Free | How to Make Spicy and Taste Crab Cutlet

INGREDIENTS:

  • Crab meat - 1 cup
  • Egg - 2
  • Gram flour - 1/4 kilo gram
  • Shallots - 1/2 kilo gram
  • Hot green chili - 10
  • Breading - 100 grams
  • Cinnamon stick - 1 small piece
  • Cloves - 3
  • Fennel seed - 1/4 teaspoon (tsp)
  • Curry leaves (optional) - 5
  • Ginger - 1 inch 

PREPARATION:

  • Cut shallot, hot green chili into small pieces. Grind ginger, fennel seed, cloves, cinnamon stick into a paste (add as little water as possible)
  • Heat oil in a pan. Add the cut shallot, hot green chili and cook until the shallot turns golden brown. Remove from heat.
  • Now add the gram flour, salt, curry leaves and mix well to form a dough. Now made small balls out of this dough.
  • In a small bowl break the egg and beat it.  In a pan heat oil for frying.
  • Now take each balls, dip in the beaten egg then roll in the breading and fry until brown or cooked.
  • Cutlet is ready to eat.
