Ingredients :
- Plain yoghurt- 1 cup
- Mustard seeds- 1/4 tsp
- Finely chopped green chilies- 1 tsp
- Salt- 1/2 tsp
- Ice Cubes- 4
- Oil- 1 tsp
- Chopped coriander (cilantro)
Method :
- Combine the first 3 ingredients and blend in an electric
- blender. Heat little oil in a
- small pan and put mutard seeds. When it starts to pop
- remove from heat and
- pour this over the yoghurt. Then add the green chilies and
- coriander. Serve cold.
