How to Make Beef Pickle Free | Taste Beef Pickle Recipes Step By Step Tips


Ingredient :

  • Beef-1/2 kg,
  • onion-1 medium size,
  • tomato - one medium size,
  • green chilly-2,
  • curry leaves and coriander leaves-few,
  • pepper powder-2 tea spoon or according to taste,
  • turmeric powder-1 tea spoon,
  • chilly powder-1 tea spoon,
  • coriander powder- 1 tea spoon,
  • garam masala-1 tea spoon,
  • garlic and ginger paste - 2 tea spoon,
  • coconut oil-1 table spoon,
  • salt.
Method:

  • Mix everything with meat except pickle powder and vinegar, keep in refrigerator.
  • Keep more than 2 hours.
  • Cook this adding little hot water.
  • Cook until the beef is done well.
  • Reduce water by cooking on a low flame , stirring occasionally.
  • When the water reduces, add the pickle powder and stirr well.
  • Heat oil in a pan, put the meat mixture into that.
  • On a low flame, stirring slowly fry the meat.
  • When the meat begins to dry , pour vinegar.
  • Check salt.
  • When the pickle cools, keep in a air tight container, refrigerate after two days.
